My son Jacob's latest obsession has been "Little Shop of Horrors" - the Off Broadway soundtrack, the movie, different performance clips on YouTube, you name it! So my wife Melanie and I surprised him with an early Hanukkah gift - we took him to the Repertory Company High School for the Theatre Arts, where they did a performance of the show! When the cast heard that we came in from Passiac to see it just because he loves the show, they had the director bring us backstage so they could meet him! Listen along to our adventure - one he'll treasure for the rest of his life! (Includes a couple vintage TV commercials from the original Broadway show!)
Hanging out in New York City, en route to Day 4 of shooting the independent TV pilot "Erroneous Convictions" with Bruce Birns and Jerry Sheindlin, more about Snowctoberpocalypse, walkig through the park trying to avoid falling branches, the result of "The Miracle Man" vote for indieWIRE.com's Project of the Day, then voted as Project of the Month, great thanks to the Virtual Street Team & everyone who voted & asked others to vote, recapping this week's Overnightscape Central topic of Sleep & Insomnia, meeting up with Brandon General, JB Reed, Jeff Beemer and Justin McCabe of The Human Orchestra and talking about the evolution of the band, their album, Slainte - The Rock Of Ireland and more!

It's been two years since I started my "rampling," and I'm ready to start Year Three!
I've been exceptionally busy lately, working a lot at my acting gig at Kaplan, video shoots, parades, substitute teaching and officiating weddings. Here I drive down the New Jersey Turnpike on my way to a wedding, where I have noticed a major-scale construction project, which includes about 7 overpasses that don't seem to lead to anything - mostly into woods and housing developments, with no road at either end. I worked in my son's school, my wife went back to work. Crazy things have been happening lately - my son lost his hearing aid, my iPod went on the fritz, the car battery died... almost like Mercury Retrograde, or is it because my energy is off from being so exhausted? Long time Friends of ONSUG Brandon General and JB Reed have a brand new music project - The Human Orchestra - listen to 5 of their tracks from their upcoming EP due out soon! Includes the track, "On With The Show," courtesy of Brandon General.
